We stand firm with our commitment for your health, safety and comfort so you can fully enjoy your stay with us. Likewise, the use of masks is requered in the shared areas of the property. Keep in mind that your safety is our priority!

Luxury, Location, Lifestyle! Perfect location for fishing, shopping, dining, nature excursions, museums and exploring. Live like the locals and soak up every minute of South Florida, whether it’s at Fort Lauderdale Beach, the Antique Car Museum, the shops and restaurants of Las Olas Blvd, or the beautiful state parks. Totally renovated efficiency sleeps 4 (King bed + double sofa bed - grandkids welcome!), has free pool access, kitchen, Wifi - just a 10 minute drive to the beach and nearby attractions! Free parking for 1 car, if you would need more space, contact the owner.

About Your Space:
Our apartment complex has several small buildings in traditional Florida style, all completely renovated spring 2019. This efficiency apartment is located in a single story building, so no need to worry about stairs or upstairs neighbors! The pool is steps from the front door, and the apartment has a small private yard. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, and sleeping spaces include a king bed and a double sleeper sofa. A full bathroom, luxurious linens and thoughtful decor round out the perfect home base for a South Florida vacation filled with sun, surf, fabulous food, shopping, fishing and so much more.

Your Availability:
“I’m a hands-on host in terms of being there for my guests when needed, but you can come and go without us ever meeting! (After booking, you’ll receive an unlock code for the Smart Lock and welcome instructions.) My co-hosts help me make sure my guests have everything they need. I love hosting, and hope you’ll take good care of my apartment. Should any problems arise, I hope you’ll let me know so I can take care of it promptly.”

Your Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is fantastic for convenience - with restaurants, bars, grocery stores and museums within walking distance, and much more just a short drive, it’s hard to find a more centrally located vacation spot in Fort Lauderdale.

Getting Around:
It’s helpful to have a car in Fort Lauderdale, but not necessary. It’s a 5-20 minute drive to almost everything you’ll want to see and do in the area. If you’re using Uber, it’s a little under $10 to the beach. It’s roughly a 20 minute drive to the Fort Lauderdale Hollywood Airport, and 45 minutes to an hour to Miami International Airport.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Holiday Park. Enjoy features like an outdoor pool and a water park. The apartment offers a kitchenette and a TV.

Clean, comfy bed, great communication but…..
Once entering the property it smelled very clean and Communication was exceptional before, throughout and after! My son left his Apple airpods and they called to let us know. There were a few things that were disappointing. The room looks used and the furniture isn’t in the best shape. The bed was very comfortable though, but the doors aren’t tight so bugs get in easily. The most disappointing thing is the pool was shut down. I would say it would be a 2.5 star rating. The neighborhood seems to be Ok.

Cosy Place
Our family stayed at this property four 4 days, while their spring brake vacation, it is clean small cosy place to stay for couples, siblings or a smaller size families like mine. Furniture a little bit dated, but other than that everything true to what the pictures say, they had pool outside heated and no crowed it felt like we have private pool, close to grocery stor, beach 2 miles good one, worth that money for sure.
