It was an ok stay but
There were four of us who flied into FLL - the shuttle was small and late, and previously was driving off with plenty of spots available. The night was fine, and even though we didn't damage the room - we still got charged the $100 fee. Love to see it.

The free shuttle service was terrible. I was told by the hotel to call when I arrived and they would send the shuttle. After 1 hour of trying to call we were able to get into another hotels shuttle and they dropped us off. When we arrived there was one person serving everyone, and he apologized but he was too busy to answer the phone. Whom ever owns this hotel should be ashamed of only having one staff available to service the large number of arriving guests.

Perfect property for overnight prior to cruise. I recommend having the bathroom door swing outward instead of in to the bathroom. Room is good size bathroom is small and an inward swing makes it almost impossible, Otherwise very pleased. We travel a lot!!! Thank you

We enjoyed our stay here. Our room was spacious and very clean. The property is well maintained and the staff did an excellent job. We paid for the breakfast and it left something to be desired. The coffee was excellent but the veggie egg bake was rubbery and the danish was stale. I will get my breakfast elsewhere next time.

Noisy airconditioner, fridg not stocked, empty noisy. Great shower. Good food at Kiki’s and service. Place feels dated, needs refresh, stinky carpet. No complimentary water. I know it’s a cruise terminal type of hotel but not up to standard with Crown Plaza.
