Very short stay only to sleep. Complimentary breakfast was great. Coffee cups did not have lids for taking out of room. Pool and patio area was beautiful. Beds comfy.

Left my phone in the room , called the hotel no one found it , yet it was left on the arm of a chair in room 707, the maid had to have found it, for it was in plain sight as I remember, seems the maid may not have been honest something.

For the price, I expected more. The business center was disappointing, as there was only one computer, and it was occupied both times I tried to use it. Additionally, I reported some plumbing issues as a courtesy for the next guest, but the front desk clerk seemed defensive, assuming I was trying to get something in return. I had only stayed for a day and felt my feedback wasn’t received as intended. On a positive note, I appreciated the small store onsite where I could purchase reasonably priced items. Overall, an average stay with room for improvement in service and amenities.

Nice hotel, cross your fingers it’s not overbooked
The hotel is in a good location and and in good condition. the staff are friendly, and there is a decent Mexican restaurant. Our only issue was that they had overbooked the hotel and downgraded our room because of it with no compensation except for a ticket for a free glass house beer and house wine, with the catch being you needed to purchase a meal. Not really my idea of compensation.

Beware of rude male shuttle driver.
Amazing rooms and very clean, my only complaint was the mail shuttle driver who had no respect for anyone’s luggage and broke my luggage and didn’t care.
