Excellent location. Friendly staff and valet was very prompt. Left a pair of sunglasses in my room and hotel reached out to me before I even realized I had left them. Assisted me in getting them shipped to me. Great property at a good price. Would stay there again for sure.

Felt like checking into a prison or rehab.
About the worst checkin ever. 7 text messages, 4 emails about having to register to a service to checkin. Arrived 1.5hrs before 4pm checkin and even though my room was ready I could not checkin without paying just shy of $30. When I did check in I was put in an ADA room which is not what I reserved and have deeply personal reasons for not staying in ADA rooms. I was not allowed to move rooms. The checkin lady was more akin to a prison warden than a hotel front desk employee. Also there are no room keys or cards so codes are used. Mine did not work initially. Very frustrating. I won’t be staying again.

The hotel is nice. The restaurant in there is upscale (not my type of food) The rooftop does have food for regular people. The pool is slightly above the rooftop which is convenient. They do get you for parking. I found it to be expensive. The beach is a 8 minute drive. Not bad. Publix is right around the corner and there's a nice coffee shop connected to the hotel. If you wanna be close but not on the beach this is the place. Oh yeah don't be fooled by the pictures. Every room does not.... I repeat does not have a balcony so keep that in mind.

The Circ is an excellent hotel and the location is very walkable to many restaurants and bars. We loved it!! Olivia’s adjacent to the hotel is lovely and the drinks and food is outstanding. We have stayed here several times and will continue to come back. Thank You!
