Beautiful view, room was overall very nice and spacious, nice bathroom size and shower, however the toilet needed to be serviced multiple times as it was broken. It took quite some time to happen. Some staff members were very kind, but a few in particular were incredibly rude. The beds are SO uncomfortable- feels like a super cheap, super firm mattress. We left and went to a different resort.

There was a fire at the hotel. We all had to leave our rooms at 5 am in the morning. A dryer was burning and we were all on the street for over an hour. No communication, no apology and no compensation for the incident, such as a breakfast or a drink or a refund for the night. The food at restaurant was overpriced and terrible - burned pork and apparently the last one. At least they apologized and made it up. This was our 2nd time at the property because we had a great time last time. We brought friends , but we won't come back. Very disappointing! Also beach chairs complementary but the umbrella $30. Absolutely worthless - who needs beach chairs with no umbrella. Also waited forever for towels at the beach.

Great Stay!!
Came to The Atlantic (from Colorado) for 2 days after watching the 9ers beat up on the Bucs in Tampa!! My wife and I were instantly greeted with friendly vibes. The morning of our departure, we were surprised by a fire alarm at 4 am in which we were evacuated from the building. Walking down from the 10th floor was a great way to start our steps for the day!! After an hour of waking up, the excitement came to an end, and we were back in our room. "Fire at the Hotel" was jamming in my head!! All in all, it was great stay. The pool, hot tub, bar staff were perfect. Our room was super spacious and comfortable. Great vibe with an ocean view that was amazing! Thanks to the Atlantic for a great 2 days!! Next stop Miami!!

Diamond in the making - just not there yet.
This was a 1 night getaway. Hotel room recently renovated so room was the best! Even received an upgrade to a suite which was like a small apartment. Hotel has a great location. Still quite some issues: working the hot/cold in shower a challenge. Strange set up. Check out day had no cold water, so shower was scalding. I alerted front desk at checkout. No room service, (said it would not be available until a few months), since this was November in FL, pool should have been heated, but it was not, jacuzzi was luke-warm. Had to wait for someone to bring pool towels, as they do not keep them in the pool area. No pool service - but the bar close by so not a big issue. Pigeons galore close to pool, even jumping in for a bath! Nothing near pool to keep pigeons away. Jacuzzi tile and pool tile cracked, coping missing-need a reno. Had trouble when first arrived with valet parking. Waited quite a while. On property restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Had breakfast on the pateo which is right across from the beach. Great view! Front desk personnel great! When you book, these fees are not included - $55 over night parking, plus $45 resort tax - so another $100 to your reservation.

Expedia hotel rating: Poor. Check-in was delayed right up to the 4 PM limit. Although the staff worked hard to resolve the issue, housekeeping seemed overwhelmed. We arrived around noon but weren’t able to get into our room until nearly 4 PM.

We love the large rooms, and the maid service was outstanding. They kept our room very clean. All the staff in the restaurant downstairs were super friendly. Our room could use some work. Toilet seat needs to be replaced. It is peeling. Looks nasty. Cubboard doors in the bathroom would not shut - need screws tightened.

The late check in time of 4 pm is not convenient. For more money they offered an early check in.. don't care for that approach. They did allow access to all facilities early.

We rented for one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our rooms AC was broken and they moved us to another room. I accidentally left some items in a drawer and let management know that it was missing. He took down my phone number and still to this day have not received a callback whether or not they found my missing items. I was not given an apology or any compensation for losing an hour and a half of time switching from the room to the new room which was not as nice snd didn’t have all the amenities that the previous room. There was black mold in the shower! The service in the restaurant, gift shop and valet was excellent. However, the hotel management was horrible after renting for just one night and paying over $500. I expected at least an apology. not planning on ever to return or recommend a stay there and I would like someone to call me back regarding my missing items.
