Luxurious in every sense, enjoy the private heated pool overlooking the bay and canal. Plenty of outdoor space on 3 levels to bask in our Florida sunshine. Master Bedroom has an ensuite bath, high ceilings and beautiful new furniture and bedding.

Hotel style five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style. The pool is heated to 80-85 degrees with the spa remaining the same temperature as the pool. Pool towels are provided for your convenience. Any additional beach essentials can be rented from the management company.

While the beach is as inviting as ever, please note that the Fort Myers Beach area is rebounding from Hurricane Ian and not all amenities are available yet. Construction and rebuilding is present on the island and moving fast. The current status of restaurants and other amenities on the island is in a state of change and island amenities may not be available or operating.

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Water activities abound, with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, parasailing and other close by things to do.

Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

Our famous white sugar sand beach is only a 3 minute walk from property and very near Times Square area.

The electronics system such as iPads in walls, sound system, landscaping lights, and fire pit by pool will not be accessible to guests. No boats allowed overnight at dock and guest must stay off owners boat.

Sorry no Spring Break Groups allowed except families! Quiet Hours from 10pm to 8am are strictly enforced.
