The one thing that bother me the most was the bath had a tub mat the was glued in, but ripped and when you lifted the ripped part there was mold under it. Staff was nice and everything was clean but the shower was gross.

This properly is conveniently located on a main thoroughfare and it’s fairly easy to get in and out. This property DOES NOT offer free breakfast that is simply not true. There is a separate restaurant adjacent to the hotel and you can buy your own breakfast.

When we walked into the room you get hit with the smell of mold. The doors and window are not sound proof at all. We could hear everything in the hallway as if the door was wide open. There were people yelling a few rooms down, playing loud music and two dogs going crazy at one point through the night. We could hear the traffic as if we were next to the highway. As early as 1am we could hear people getting ready to leave, knocking on doors to get people up and yelling at them because they weren't ready yet. It was the same thing at about 3am, 4am and 5am. Online it said breakfast was included which was the reason for selecting this hotel and the fact it was 2min away from where we needed to be the next day, but the next morning we were told they only give out $20 breakfast vouchers per room - it was 3 of us staying the night. When we checked in the day before the counter person never said anything about vouchers for breakfast. I will never stay in that hotel again. I am the team manager for my son's hockey team and suggested to all of the parents to stay at this hotel because we had to be at the rink at 7:45am. I regret making this suggestion to the parents.

A very pleasant stay.
Every employee was kind and knowledgeable. Rick at the front desk was very helpful at check in. The hotel was a short distance to downtown Ft Myers, a 15 minute walk or $6.00 Uber ride. The pool courtyard was also very pleasant.

It was in a good location for shopping and going to restaurants on Cleveland Avenue. It was a 6 minute drive to downtown. There is a Dunkin Donuts right next to the hotel, so that was convenient as a breakfast option. Overall, I would stay again, if in the area.
