Great host, comfy beds, laminate flooring and many fast food options all walking distance from the Hotel. Room includes a mini fridge & microwave. Roku TV(limited channels) & good WiFi. Pet friendly, no hassle. Great stay for hurricane Milton. Much appreciated

Surestay isn't what it used to be.
The room that I was staying in had a refrigerator that didn't work. I paid full price for amenities that didn't work. I'm still going back because the other rooms I've stayed in before are OK. The back door that leads to the breakfast or lobby is blocked off but it's next to a handicapped room and parking spot. How can a disabled person enjoy breakfast if they can't get to it? I really hope this time was a fluke.

Wow. I cannot believe this is a Best Western property. Worst hotel we have seen. Late arrival or we would have walked away and let them keep deposit. Drug deals and folks hanging around at 2am

The breakfast is horrible. This place does not offer breakfast and should stop advertising that they do because thats a lie. What they call breakfast is not. Also didn’t feel very safe. Limited staff I had to bag my own trash take it out. The house keeping came and gave me supplies, not one time did they make the bed. I had to mop and sweep the floor myself. Horrible. Oh and I saw 3 roaches. Pay the extra $ to stay somewhere else. Definitely not a surestay.

The room is worn down. There were many, many bugs. The bed linens were dirty. And they added $45 at checkin on top of what they charged here.

Nights were interrupted by continual loud arguing, profanity, and threats among numerous people who argued and yelled both inside and outside their rooms which were close to mine. While no threats were directed to me, I nevertheless felt like I was in an unsafe environment. Trash was piled next to my car in parking space outside my door. Then I found, and killed, a large cockroach in my room. I was ultimately allowed to change room to another area of the building.

Very poor overall, room had a bad odor to it. The hot tub was out of order and I got the feeling there was no immediate plans to fix it, so that should be removed as an option. Other guests appeared to be living at the motel, probably on a weekly basis. Breakfast crummy and they had no milk, not only the first day which could happen, but not the second day either though staff was aware. Not good when the main food was cold cereal. The keys did not work the second day and I heard another guest loudly complain as he was locked out of his room while packing his car. A big disappointment and a definite never again, giving much better options nearby.

Overall not bad. The bed was comfortable and was fine for our one night stay. The bath towels are tiny and a bit rough. The floor although appeared clean left the bottom of my feet dirty. The bathroom vent fan didn’t work so you had to leave the door open so you could use the mirror. The bathroom door was rotting at the bottom of the door. Overall probably wouldn’t stay here again.
