Room smelled a lot like my sister’s entranceway… She has three dogs. The bathroom smelled like cat piss. I won’t stay in a hotel again that allows pets.

FIRST TIME IN A BEST WESTERN PLUS. SURPRISED THEY HAD A FREE LITE SNACK AT 6PM. MEATBALL SANDWICHES AND FRIES. VERY NICE IDEA.

Front desk staff was awesome. Free Taco Bar that night! Room was ok, bed was a bit hard and bathroom shower had some mold on caulking. Otherwise clean and neat! Would stay again for sure .

Worst experience ever, i only stayed the night, the lobby smells like dirty socks ,the bed smelled horrible, i was driving and got tired and had to stop, don't come here

Family meet up!

We had 3 rooms for a family meet up. This place was awesome. All the people we dealt with very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were great. Both ladies that served them were so sweet and kind. Guest services were nice and helpful. The lady that helped us check-in the first day went above and beyond and helped us with our next day's reservation. The manager he was extremely helpful and also went above and beyond with a situation that came up. We will definitely return next year.

Housekeeping tocó y entró al cuarto sin autorización a las 9am y volvieron otra vez a las 10:30am cuánto todavía seguíamos en el cuarto. No fue una estadía tranquila, la persona de recepción fue la única amable en el proceso.
