Enter this unit and be greeted by the feeling of tropical paradise. Through the entry hall is the large kitchen with a view to the rest of the unit. The kitchen is tastefully updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an undermount sink. With cabinets stocked with all cooking essentials and a large pantry, there's no need to leave for any meal. The two-tiered counter overlooks the dining area and is perfect for the whole dinner spread. The charming dining area seats 6 and is completely open to the living area. Plenty of seating is centered around a large TV. This bright area looks out to the balcony and has access to the outdoor seating. The balcony is expansive, with plenty of seating to enjoy the evening Gulf breezes. The primary bedroom is directly off the living space and continues the tropical theme. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
