Horrible experience! I checked out 3 hours after arriving because there was dried up blood on the bed sheets and on the light switch!!! Room was absolutely disgusting! Literally everything was dirty and room looked like it was going to collapse at any moment! The whole floor was sagging! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

It was horrible do not recommend to anyone to stay here they need a health check up. The covers were burned with cigarette marks and our sheets had blood and the other bed had stains all over it. We asked for a non smoking room and guess what we got....... you got it it was a smoking room which smelled like garbage and gave me a headache i checked out within the hour

Our stay was TERRIBLE. We rented the room for 2 nights and after the first night we left for a couple hours and left our beloved dog “Sami” in the room along with all our belongings. We get a call from the Humane Society that THEY HAVE “SAMI!!” The hotel called and told them someone checked out and left their dog. It was traumatic what “Sami@ went thru and even the Humane Society is furious! When I approached the staff they all started yelling at me and using let’s just say very inappropriate language. Place was filthy. Staff unprofessional and made a “mistake” you just don’t make.

it was gross. holes in the sheets, curtains, etc. we did not feel safe at all, there were people (other residents maybe?) outside our room the entire night. we left early. it also was a non smoking room and smelled like cigarettes

Staffs are not always at the front counter, cheap as it is they are understaffed. The sheets do not look like they’re washed at all, got dirty marks, hair, yellow & red & brown stains on the sheets and pillows. Had to dip after the first night there because of this, but they wouldn’t refund for the rest of the nights I booked even though I checked out early due to their lack of cleaniness. There’s also nearly any sound absorption on the walls and doors. If you could afford other places, DO NOT COME HERE!
