We stayed here with a friend for a car trip. Having two separate rooms was essential. There was no mention of road conditions to get to the cabin. The last half mile is gravel up a steep incline and then a steep drop off into the driveway. Not car friendly, an SUV is probably fine. The driveway is so unlevel we both bottomed out our cars. An adventure every time we needed to leave the cabin. Once inside, the place was clean enough but maybe empty for a while? Cobwebs all over the place. The furniture is severely out dated and linens and towels are on their last legs. We had a bug issue too, when we arrived we killed two spiders and 4 of the flat little bugs. Not harmful I don't think, but I'd have preferred they stayed outside. The next morning my wife had bites all over her and we assumed the mosquitos just really liked her, but when they continued to get worse, we stripped the bed and found a bug in the corner of the sheets. So that was fun. There is no central air either. The stand alone units in the bedrooms work well enough, but it's not the comfort level of central air. Overall the cabin wasn't unlivable, but after cleaning fees and service fees we paid a decent amount a night to stay here. Communication from the management company was good. If we were looking for a budget cabin and paid about half of what we did, I'd understsnd all of the pitfalls, but as it stands it was just too much.
