This place is nice, but the pool heater wasn’t working or wasn’t turned on. We arrived an hour early and was told we couldn’t check in and they wouldn’t take our bags.

Unfortunate Quick Overnight…Cheap Route

Quick over night that really left us wondering why we even did it. Overall, it was our fault for going for a quick cheap route. Hotel’s HVAC system sucked…it was cold outside so the “heat only” was on for all rooms and when you tried to get the AC on it just pumped in more heat instead. Our rooms were 74-76 all night which left us unable to sleep. And the windows did NOT open or crack either. This especially sucked for my wife who is dealing with those hot flash joys… We should have just got up earlier am and made the full 9 hour drive…instead of paying for room that left us with zero sleep! Manager was called said they would come up and check our system but they never did. 2 hours later (11pm-1am) we decided to try our best and just push through since the manager and staff literally never came up…after multiple calls. Should have simply told us they weren’t coming instead of keeping us waiting and told us the truth. We will not stay here again.
