Decent but improvements needed
This hotel is quite dated and sheets were thread-bare. The hot tub was out of order, filled with green slimey water, which discouraged us from going onto the pool area altogether. Breakfast was hot and fairly good. It did seem to be in a safe area with restaurants near by for a quick dinner (ate at Vinnys Italian two minutes away). Not bad for a quick overnight rest when traveling long distance.

WiFi not working, tried to call the front desk by dial 0. That doesn’t work, called using the 10 diget number and the phone just kept ringing ( no answer ) when I went down to the front desk, the phone was still ringing when I arrived. Upon arriving an hour after chrck un i was told i couldnt check in for another 30 min. The jacuzzi was not working and that i had t i pat 50 sollars for uncidentals that i would get vack in 3 to 5 business days after i checked iut. Homeless man was drinking free coffee and calling every lady that came through sweety. I couldnt use my tub as it was broke only use the shower. The staff at the counter had an attitude and told me if i didnt like the place i could leave and find somewhere else. Soccer team was running around the parking lot and foyer all night long. And the entrance to get in is very confusing. I was offered 6000 points but i will never stay at this location again and will make surenanyine i know stays away from it.

A fine place for 1 or 2 nights at a reasonable $
An okay place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. The price was reasonable, but the room carpet & upholstered furniture is stained, needingg a good, deep cleaning. The furniture is fine, but could use refreshing & updating to more contemporary styles. The hot tub was out-of- service, which was 1 reason, besides location & price, we chose this hotel. Knowing some of the amenities were out-of- service would have been nice prior to booking

The room looked a little worn. Housekeeping cleaned the room so fast that they missed several items like UNO cards, used coffee cups, a salad that was found in the refrigerator.
