I stayed here twice rencently the hot tub not working first time next visit the hot tub still not working and the heated pool also not working. The area outside where smoking is allowed there was cigarette butts on ground and the ash can needed to be emptied. My room lamp shaded barely intact and they were cracked. I will not stay there again

We love fifteen minutes away. We booked for a mini staycation because of the pool and hot tub. Both were broken. The ice maker on two floors were also broken. If you need anything like aspirin or Tums, they are unavailable.

Aside from the very nice and helpful lady at the front desk, this was a very disappointing stay. One of the first things we noticed about the room, was every thing was stained. From the carpet to the sofa, to the chair. Fortunately the bedding looked clean. Then we noticed dried urine drops on the toilet seat. Thankfully the lady at the desk had some clorox wipes & it got cleaned. Next morning we went down for breakfast and were underwhelmed.

The girl that helped us at the front desk Thursday night the 31st was terrific. So helpful! We had an issue with our key and she quickly solved the problem and in one of our rooms… the TV didn’t work… but she helped to fix it quickly. Extremely nice and very efficient.

They're on it!
Everything was great. A couple basic maintenance issues (bad bulb in a lamp & missing drain plug in sink), but told staff at checkout and there was a maintenance ticket written up on the spot. They're on it. Breakfast was great with hot and cold options. The facility was clean, quiet-ish (next to a very busy road), easily accessed and well maintained.

It was quiet and I felt safe. Front desk and cleaning ladies we're excellent. I the room was a bit old feeling... Old carpet, a not very fresh smell( I used candles to make it smell better) and the bath tub looked like it could use some new caulking. Beds were comfy with different types of pillows.

We did not get the room we expected. The listing on Expedia listed it as a suite with a separate bedroom and a sitting area with a sofa bed that sleeps five. What we got was a room with two beds. Apparently the hotel doesn’t have such a suite. Looking at the actual hotel website there is no such choice.
