Most places in the immediate area are a little older. It was clean which was important to me but he air coditioning did not work. We did not get back to our room until very late so we could not notify anyone. Very hot night.

Great marina view!

Got room 232. Private locked gate onto our huge balcony overlooking the marina. Room was spacious and clean. Huge walk in shower with a rainfall shower head and bench. The stone look in the bathroom is awesome. Would definitely stay in that room again! Front desk staff were friendly as well.

It was dated, blankets had cigarette burns all over, never refilled coffee packets after 1st day, right next to a club with super loud music and it would take all the parking spots. Place had odor mix between skunk and weed. Dust on lamps and everything.

An overall good experience. Website should state that there are 2 levels and no elevator. Guests should then be able to select level needed. Also need signs to place on door indicating when you want room cleaned. We needed to check out by 11 am and they were very accommodating and allowed us to leave later.

Time in Freeport, LI

Easy to find on next to a small strip of stores. Old art deco motel with renovated room. Large, comfortable space and king bed . No amenities. In fact i was hoping to spend some time around the marina however no boats are visible from the motel.

It was a standard motel - not the best, not the worst. Restaurant next door is very very loud until 11-11:30 at night. Close to jones beach which is an plus, uncomfortable beds and pillows.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom, There were hair particles all over the bathroom and the bed, There was the most dust I’ve ever seen come out of the air conditioner, The toilet bowl wouldn’t flush properly nor was it cleaned. The music from the restaurant was very loud And the floor in the room was dirty. To say the least, I do not recommend this establishment and I will never return

AVOID this hotel. We only stayed there because it was the only one near a family wedding location. The hotel is very dated and dirty. The laminate floors were slippery and greasy, despite a strong odor of Fabuloso. There were long black hairs all around the bathroom. There were some flashy but cheap replacements of elements, but the building, walls, doors are pretty far gone. Worst of all, we got bedbugs from staying there and my sister got pinkeye.

Overpriced

Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Room was slanted. Loud music from restaurant next door till late at night. Thankfully we were able to get a room on opposite side. Very overpriced for what it was.

Under the right ownership the property could be very successful. Unfortunately, the work put into the rooms was not professional and looks like a 5 year old did it. The remodel money was not allocated properly. There is no point in putting fancy showers and infinity mirrors in a bathroom if the rest of the room is trashy (badly painted grout). See photos. Never mind Hotel.com app won't let me upload photos. The "Add Photos" button doesn't work. Convenient.
