The staff were helpful, friendly, and efficient. It was great to have the Old Waffle Barn next door. The room was clean and well-maintained. But it was very coldly appointed: grey everything, with cold blueish lighting and an unnecessarily small window; it felt more like a refrigerator or interrogation room than a place to relax, unwind, and rest. :/

The room was really nice the bed was soooooo comfortable if you like a softer mattress. for a free breakfast the foot was really decent! they had good options. I had some of the best tacos ever from a place very nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Would have given 5 star for check in but this is the second time I've booked here and requested a room near to the elevator and not had the request honored. This trip my room is about the furthest on this wing you can get from the elevator, making me think they didn't even try to accommodate. I love the hotel otherwise and have no issues staying here.

The office and parking is pretty unclear. No signs to direct you upstairs to the unlabelled office. Everything was okay. Service was okay. Room was okay. Area is fine but not special. Near a lot of shopping and dining but not worth the price.
