Good place! Few things to note…
Great location and very clean! The table is great for family dinners and the kitchen has all the utensils/cooking supplies necessary to make anything. Quick 20 min drive to Breck and 5 min drive to Frisco! Few things to note: 1. The upstairs is very very cold. You have to crank the heat heavily downstairs for the upstairs rooms to even be slightly warm. (Make sure to keep the upstairs doors open) 2. There is no garage door opener so you have to get out of the car in the freezing cold and enter the code to open it and then again when you close it. 3. The guests should not have to walk 2.5 blocks to throw the trash in the dumpster! Thats ridiculous! Hosts should handle that after check out. 4. The bathrooms ran out of body soap. Overall great stay tho!

Lovely deck
Perfect location near downtown and bike path. Lovely tiny stream and aspens by the deck. Needed fans for bedroom ventilation, otherwise perfect for two couples and one five year old ( who lived the hammock).

Great vacation home for family of 5. Walkable to downtown and the quiet deck/stream in the back was perfect for relaxing. Only suggestion would be ceiling fans in the bedrooms or box fan to help circulate/pull air from outside on the warmer summer days.

Wanted to get out of the triple digits and enjoyna relaxing week in the mountains........we were not disappointed! Walking to the Frisco shopping mile and really close to vail, breckenridge, Silverthorne and more. Every night we relaxed on the deck and slept with windows open listening to the tranquil creek running behind the property. Awesome.

The house was great for us. It was a very short drive to Copper Mountain and close to downtown Frisco. The small room with the bunkbeds was a good addition since we had four 18 year-old- boys.

Overall it was awesome!
The fireplace did not work correctly when we arrived, but we called the property manager and they were able to help us. It never worked liked they described, but we would turn it on/off manually.

This was a perfect place for us to stay with our kids and one set of grandparents. We enjoyed hiking to Rainbow Lake straight from the house, spent several comfortable evenings on the back porch under the aspens, and took older kids to the club house pool while little kids napped. We would definitely think about returning.

We enjoyed this place and owners were very responsive; a few issues which they did take care of right away, oven did not work and they repaired same day; it was a little uncomfortable that the only exit was thru the garage because of all the snow- others did not have snow removed. Also would have been nice to know that grilling, which is in description, was also temporarily buried- we had planned to grill for some meals. Overall location great to town, skiing and other activities. Great place for two couples or small family.

Perfect house, great location, very cozy and comfortable with everything we could need.
Our family of 4 rented here for spring break. The communication was very thorough. The house is cute, cozy, and comfortable. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed evenings by the fire playing games and watching movies. The clubhouse hot tubs provided the perfect apré to our ski day. Location is perfect to town (an easy 10 min walk) and multiple ski resorts as well as household things like Walmart and the grocery store.

Wonderful home, perfect for our family.
Beautiful home, perfect for our young boys. They loved playing in the creek behind the home while we relaxed on the huge back deck. There are so many wonderful things to do in the area, but our kids probably like the community pool and school playground down the road more than anything ! Thank you for sharing your home. Beautiful Condo, Great Location
We had a fantastic time in this 2BR (well technically 3, there was a small room with a bunk bed downstairs) condo. Well stocked kitchen with plates, mugs (especially nice with the Keurig), pots, and pans. I also appreciated the minimal check out requirements. I will definitely stay here again (if it's available!)
