This lovely 2-bedroom + loft, 3-bathroom deluxe condo is a great choice for families or groups of up to six. You’ll love how the sun floods into this unit from the floor-to-ceiling windows. And you can hear Ten Mile Creek running through the backyard while you barbeque on your private grill!

The center piece of the living room is the wood-burning stove to keep everyone toasty warm. Just kick back and chat about the day’s mountain adventures or enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV. And there’s a fully equipped kitchen with room for six at the dining room table and two more at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include a washer/dryer in the unit, complementary Wi-Fi, and a one-car garage with an additional outdoor parking space. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Great vacation in Frisco!
The condo was clean, cozy, perfectly located, and equipped as advertised. Roughly one block off of Main St. and one of the Summit Stage bus stops, the location was perfect for our spring ski trip. The large windows with views of trees, Tenmile Creek, and mountains were lovely. The living room and dining room were nicely sized and furnished for our family gatherings. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice, and the beds were quite comfortable. The garage with secure storage for our vehicle and skis was a nice touch. We hope to stay there again!

Great place! Hot tub is closed.
The place was great! The only complaint I have is that the listing says there is access to a hot tub. However, there is a sign on the main door saying that the thot tub has been closed since March, which was 9 months ago. I feel like the listing should have been updated to let me know that the hot tub was closed.

Mixed Feelings
We chose this place for convenience. At first glance, the condo looked extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. This website has made full disclosure impossible, so here are the basics: It’s overpriced: cobwebs in every corner; dusty, cobweb covered Christmas garlands above all of the kitchen cabinets: a duct-taped holding the microwave handle to the door; an inoperable kitchen sink water filter; drippy stains on the wall; a smelly, dirty coffee pot; grime on the living room wall; a lime-spitting iron to stain our clothes; the feeling of being bitten by mites or such on the sofa; hard, uncomfortable beds with inadequate pillows that were more like throw pillows. Pros: Welcome packet included helpful information, (i.e., emergency numbers, directions to slopes, grocery stores and recycling facilities); most of the appliances performed as expected; amenities kits; towels and linens were clean. Unwelcoming: Damage deposit was more than half the cost of the stay. Threat of excessive fees for nearly as much if the parking hang tag is lost, keys are lost, or if you need internet connectivity help as a result of your own equipment. I wasn’t worried that any of this would apply to me, but passive-aggressive proclamations throughout contract/correspondence, and not-so-gentle reminders placed all around the condo made the place feel inhospitable. Look, I get it. The property and management need to protect their interests. Conversely, I need to enjoy my vacation without fear of retribution for some perceived infraction.

First time I stayed in Frisco for a week skiing. Location was great. Walk to Main Street and short drive to 70. Three bedrooms and three baths was a big plus. Only negative was community hot tub did not work.
