There was a strong odor of mildew like wet carpet that was just so overwhelming. It was so dated. The couch was broken. I will not be staying here again.

The hot breakfast has good options. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. This is the second year in a row that i stayed here and will return again next year.

The entire hotel smelled like mildew and there was water everywhere with no wet floor signs. When we checked into our room the entire took smelt like mildew, there was dirt and bugs all over the bed. The bathroom had mold in the shower and it was not clean. Best Western will not give me a full refund due to their “policy” but the room being uncleaned and nasty was their fault.

The elevator was broken. Property should have emailed guest and notified us with an option to cancel reservations and stay elsewhere. We had to carry our luggage upstairs, very inconvenient. Property did not seem concerned about inconvenience for their guests.

Love this hotel

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel with my family and we enjoyed our room, the beds, and the breakfast both times. We will return to this hotel.

Mattress was the worst! Need upgrading

The customer service and breakfast were great but the hotel itself is in need of upgrading. The mattress was the worst! I currently have a crick in my neck.
