I enjoyed our stay, there are plenty of places to eat around, grocery store within walking distance. In this occasion we chose to stay again in this hotel because were going to a volleyball game at FAU, which the stadium is walking distance from AC Hotel, works perfect! Only thing we don’t like is that is only ballet parking but at least they have the option to help parking your car for a fee ☺️ so that is fine.

Love the property but find it inconvenient that rooms do not have microwave inside and its not the first time that we stay at this hotel and ice machines on floor are not functioning.

Great hotel - best Gainesville option if you want to be in a great location. Would be nice if the lobby didn't blast music at 7am for those of us who want to head down and work and have breakfast. Maybe a little quieter or maybe wait til 9am?. It's not the One Hotel in South Beach.

The hotel was clean, my room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. As a sort of bathroom snob, the shower was fantastic with plenty of water pressure. Staff was courteous and professional. My only complaint, and this is only for area of improvement, is that valet is mandatory. They were extremely busy on Monday morning and it took 15 min to get my car. I would have liked the option to get my own car. Otherwise, great hotel and I would return again.

Everyone we encountered at the is place was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay. The lobby was nicely appointed and welcoming. Stephanie was very pleasant and made our check-in and check-out very easy. The housekeeper on our floor was very pleasant. All of the men who worked in valet were professional and friendly. The items offered for breakfast were not that good. Our room was clean and spacious enough for our needs. The bathroom could have been cleaned a little better but overall we had a nice stay and we’d stay there again when in the area.

Very convenient hotel. Walkable to UF. Our room had issues with the A/C. Room did not cool down. Engineer had to come out and fix.

Our first room’s AC wasn’t working correctly. The staff tried everything to fix it in a timely manner. When it was determined it couldn’t be fixed, they moved my family to another room. The room was clean, nice and quiet. Close to campus too. We will stay here again in the future.

The property was just fine. However, travelocity did not submit my reservation to the hotel for the two rooms I paid for. Only one room was available, meaning we had to share a bed. I expect a refund IMMEDIATELY!!!!!
