Front desk at evening nov 29 , was impolite when ask for complementary water , he said we have to pay for it , we have been at the hotel 3 times , never had this problem , and in this moment we had 2 rooms . Is an expensive hotel to try charge water for the people stay at hotel , next time we will stay in a different hotel , there are a lot and lower prices in the area .

The property looks very nice. Bed is quite comfy. Toilet is not ideal if you have a problem with being closed in. It is obvious when you walk in that the hotel is very pet friendly as the whole building smells like unwashed dog. Room floors left my socks filthy. The front desk guy, can't remember his name but it started with an R, was VERY unfriendly and unwelcoming.

This was our second time staying at hotel indigo in Gainesville. Multiple Tesla chargers makes staying here so convenient for us. Service is excellent as well as cleanliness. We will be back!

We unfortunately did not have hot water the first night and could smell a foul odor on our 2nd floor. Elevator was not working properly but the staff was great. I'm sure they'll do their best to remedy these issues.
