The front desk staff was rude and she didnt make me feel welcome, lucky the other morning it was a different lady. My room's door was lock and my key couldn't open, had to change room.

The staff was amazing. Breakfast was extremely limited, not healthy choices, everyday the same. The water did not drain properly on the tub or the sink, the water pressure was weak. The room was clean, the outside was not. The place is in need of serious renovations.

Nice pool area. Sidewalks need refurbishing outside of rooms. Spacious, clean, comfortable room right off of I75. Will stay here again!

Good for no frills quick stay

It was good for a quick stay. Definitely an old hotel that needs updating. Shower had very low pressure, the shower head could have used a good soaking with vinegar. Room was clean, but dated. Old mattress, very uncomfortable. Road noise is an issue with thin walls. AC took a long time to get to temp since they turn them off when no one is there probably. But, good for a quick no frills stay. Big pool on site.

The bathroom doesn’t have shower curtain water splash every where, the main curtain doesn’t not close all way down so no privacy fron outside, very noise at night people walking all night long hallways, water from A/C spills over hallways floor. Limited access on tv channels , bathroom door isn’t no properly installed you need move against the toilet corner or get in to the bathtub to be available to open or closes it

Rough night in Gainesville

The gentleman who checked us in was a professional at his job. The lady who I checked out with not. Had an issue with the toilet. Told her there was no care about it just I’ll let them know period. The other issue was the safety I felt when pulling up in the driveway didn’t feel safe and didn’t sleep well wondering about my our safety and the safety of my vehicle.
