This place is a dump and is an old motel. They have done some remodeling but it’s not worth what they are charging. They are only able to charge this because of the football game, which is basically taking advantage of the consumer. Place isnt worth $50 a night let alone $185/night

Not safe

This was an awful experience. You stay here because it’s cheap, but I’ve never felt so unsafe in a hotel. Loud gatherings all night, they’ve removed deadbolt in room so you can’t lock the door besides the basic handle lock, it’s easy to break in, they know they’re clientele so they need easy access to rooms. Do not stay here, I asked management if they had security cameras and they laughed.

I stayed here one year ago and it was fine, just the basics, but it was just recently purchased by new ownership. They have remodeled all the rooms and it’s night and day, new plumbing/furniture/bedding etc. Great location, very friendly and family owned establishment, and though not fancy it provides all you need for a nice weekend in Gainesville.

Dirty filthy id like my money back. Mold in ceiling black mold and the roaches were very aggresive at night. I went to uae the restroom and stepped on roaches while doing so. Very unclean and the drains were completely clogged up. Very unhappy with stay. Had no choice being very late comming in and didnt know what i was getting into until i walked in batbroom and roaches crawled on me and wofe while sleeping . This place should be shut down .

The room was clean with sufficient towels. The Inn was quiet and I felt safe staying there. The bed was very comfortable..

Not a nice stay

Not a nice place. If any other rooms were available in the area I would have not stayed. Room smelled like cigarettes and bathrooms were badly in need of renovation.

No Coffee Maker, No Hair Dryer, refrigerator would not cool, ceiling in shower had what looked like the beginning of mold, no facial tissue, calking separating, just an old outdated facility.

Place is run done doesn’t smell clean. Water is hard to control temperature in shower have constantly adjust. TV is way to small for the. Would not recommend!
