First and foremost, good and friendly customer service. I had accidentally selected the wrong date for my reservation and the kind lady at check-in fixed it. The room was nice and clean. I was pulling a long trailer and there was plenty of room for it. The next morning when I checked out, another very nice employee assisted me. I will definitely stay here again, anytime I need a room in Gallup.

The price was right, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were perfect for my needs. I didn’t have my dog with me this time, but I was delighted to see Red Roof now allows one dog to stay free. We’ll consider this location to stay at again in the future. Thank you!

Nice place to spend the night.
Wonderful, comfortable place to spend the night after driving from Monument Valley. Clean, the room had everything working: tv, fridge, plenty of towels.

The room itself was fine. Went down for breakfast and stood in line for several minutes for food , then stood waiting for limited seating to open up. Broken glass in the stairwell both days when we went up to our room. Probably would stay there again, as room was fine and price was good.
