This property is nice and clean ! Housekeeping does a GREAT JOB ! The room was spacious and updated ! The beds were awesome and the balcony is a nice relaxing spot in the mornings! And the coaster across the street is fun too !

The rooms were clean and whomever came to tidy up each day was the best! It’s an older building but well maintained. It is noisy only because it’s so close to the road but the view of the river off the balcony is great! The man at the front desk was hard to understand, impatient and rude when I was signing paperwork but luckily we only had one interaction with him so the stay was great. I would stay here again.

Too noisey! Cars speeding up and down Parkway until pass 1 am. Couldn't sleep. Parkway must be a race track because saw people hanging out windows video taping these cars that from just drove up and down and took over parking lots where no one could park because their muscle cars were parked sideways. It didn't matter if it was Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.

This property is right next to a main road it was super noisy at all hours and even though the property was recently renovated it’s not as nice as it looks in pictures. It wasn’t the worst experience but certainly wasn’t what I was hoping for on our honeymoon trip.

The balcony view was excellent…Room was nice …it needed more towels and a place to hang them..The breakfast lady was rude …the door said open and we opened door and asked if we could come in and she said it was not opened til she opened door.

Hotel on the creek. Stay with 2 big kids. It’s quite a walk to main Gatllinberg area but if you don’t mind. The breakfast is not so good. I wouldn’t eat there. Creek is beautiful but wouldn’t recommend. It is not that clean.

Delightful!!!
Location was perfect! Not to close to hustle and bustle yet totally walkable and trolley pick up close by. Loved the river and enjoyed the balcony. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms very nice.

The rooms were very clean, they were definitely updated recently, the free breakfast was way better than most “free hotel breakfast” they offered hot and cold options that my toddler LOVED! The view from our balcony was beautiful and so relaxing. Easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg or the free trolley stop is right next door.
