At first glance this place is very nice. Unfortunately we couldn't connect to the wifi. When it was time to go to bed, there was every type of stain on the bedsheets. Blood drops, other grown up bodily fluids. The bed in the far bedroom was lopsided. You get on the bed you felt like you were going to roll off. We had to sleep widthwise to stay on the bed. Also it took for ever once I got to the rental property to get in touch with Vacasa to verify me. 3 out of 6. If it had clean linen, even bed, and fast customer service. A 5 star rating.

The property was lovely and clean. However, when we arrived we had no hot water so we contacted customer service who told us they will contact the local repair people who will call us in the next couple minutes to schedule service. No return calls, no repair person. This happened 3 more times in the next 2 days until we demanded to speak to a manager. A service guy came (without calling) and said his very first request for service for us came a couple minutes before he came. Our daughter arrived the next day and found the carpet in the second bedroom was soaked, and the room had a strong odor of mold. The room was right next to the water heater which was wired wrong. Our daughter could not use the room because of the mold. We called customer service again and demanded to speak with a manager right away and again we were told we would receive a call right back, and again there was no call. This repeated for days before a manager returned our call. By that time we had checked out. The utter apathy we were shown repeatedly by Vacasa's customer service group is inexcusable, and we assume is their standard policy. Strongly recommend renting from another group.

Property needs some TLC

Overall the place was fine however it’s needs some love - carpets are covered in stains in both bedrooms - closet doors in one rooms swing .. door to porch does not close all the way so if you get couch you will freeze Location is ok but due to snow and ice this unit does not plow .. we had 4wd but if you don’t not good location due to steep drive and drive down to town Sofa bed is not worth pulling out - extremely uncomfortable and also slants to one side The walls are covered with stains all over and oil splats in kitchen walls Again this place could be much better with just some tlc

Needs clean carpet

Nice place but needs some upgrades. Sofa sleeper is very uncomfortable, carpets are very stained and they gave us a half used roll of TP on each bathroom and no more. Location is good and the place has potential is a little more Tlc went into it.

Saved the Day!!

I booked and was cancelled by three different properties and had to book this at the VERY last minute. HomeAway was great in trying to help me get it sorted out and found me this condo. It was pretty close to everything and very nice and quiet. The only complaint I would have is that the kitchen could have been a little more stocked as far as utensils and glasses, etc. Overall a great experience!!
