This condo is beautifully decorated with nine-and-a-half-foot ceilings, a gas fireplace, a covered balcony, and a jetted bathtub to soothe your tired limbs each evening. Within the complex, you'll also have access to a seasonal outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a fitness room.

The Baskins Creek Condominiums sit three blocks south of the Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg, offering a stop for the Gatlinburg Trolley right in front of the building. You'll be within easy walking distance of Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, the Gatlinburg Space Needle, the Village Shoppes, the Gatlinburg Convention Center, and much more. The vast expanse of Great Smoky Mountains National Park - where you can hike portions of the Appalachian Trail and watch for wildlife in Cades Cove - begins one mile south. Only eight miles north is the town of Pigeon Forge - the home of Dollywood, WonderWorks, the Hollywood Wax Museum, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and an assortment of wonderful dinner theaters.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
