Facility was nice. Kind of no frills though. Would have been nice to have complimentary coffee and water available at check-in. Especially since there were no coffee shops close by but there was in room coffee. Would stay there again.

The property didn’t appear filthy. There was no smell. However, there was mold on bathroom ceiling. Sewer gnats in the room. I did not partake in the complimentary breakfast for these reasons.

Great stay!

The hotel staff members were so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the hot tub was clean and very nice. Comfy room and very close to the main strip in Gatlinburg. Would definitely stay here again!

We were there for 3nights. The hotel was great! Loved that you could walk to the attractions, food and shopping - were fast walkers and probably took us about 15 minutes back and forth - gets tiring, especially in the heat, but it’s doable! Breakfast was the same for all three days, that the one area we wish would be improved, be nice to have more options - but overall great experience

Excellent place to stay and the room was beautiful the only bad thing I have to stay was our pillows were the worst. We rolled them but still were flat and uncomfortable.

Clean, nice shower, quiet. Annoying were the chairs in the dining area - they need to slide on the floor easier, and not make the loud noise they all do when people move in and out of table.
