Kitchen features:
Eat in family-style dining with a fully equipped kitchen to meet all your needs. Mountain views from walls of glass. Bar-B-Q grill just outside the front door.

Living Room:
Tall windows surround the main level for sunny exposure and a magnificent view. Two leather sofas, TV with DVD, and gas fireplace.
A glass door opens to the main deck with a view and chairs. Enjoy soaking in the new hot tub (02/24) while taking in that mountain view. A handcrafted staircase leads to the upper bedroom and loft and downstairs to the bedroom and entertainment room.

Master Bedroom:
Original hand-crafted log furniture, deck with Jacuzzi and log chairs. Master bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower. TV. Located on the main level.

Upstairs bedroom:
Original hand-crafted log furniture, a private balcony for taking in the gorgeous view. Bath has tub & shower. TV with DVD player.
Loft:
With a sofa, chair, and stereo system - the perfect place to lounge, exercise, or read a book while looking out the large windows and taking in the view.

Downstairs Bedroom:
Original hand-crafted log furniture, large deck with beautiful mountain views. Bath has tub and shower. TV.

Entertainment room:
Features big screen TV with DVD player, and Pool table. Sleeper sofa, comfy chair, and two end tables. Laundry closet with washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. Large covered deck with log furniture. Outdoor grill for bar-b-ques, lighted driveway, wrap-around porches, feel of privacy and seclusion.

Great location and perfect for our group of friends

We stayed at this cabin with 2 other couples. Enjoyed the location in the woods with a view of the mountains. The cabin had everything we needed. As other reviews have mentioned, the bedding and some furniture are a little worn out, but nothing too terrible. Management company was very responsive when we had a small issue with the AC -- resolved very quickly.

Lovely place

This was a great place. So much so we booked again. Only 2 things we had issues with. 1) A broom to keep the floors tidy is needed. 2) Curtains for road facing windows. But great views and nice layout! The roads up to it are fun to drive. It’s next to last on the road so not much traffic.

Excellent getaway!

Overall our stay was very nice and enjoyable. The view from the decks was excellent and made the drive up the mountain worth it! The furniture in the house was well worn but functional. We would recommend this cabin and Bear Tracts to others.

Relaxing vacation

Things we enjoyed about the cabin: three bedrooms and bathrooms, one on each level; the view!; the hot tub, the pool table, and the location. Would recommend to others and would stay there again.

Location, Location, Location!

The cabin is quaint, but roomy enough for a group of 8 people. It is a bit dated and could use a little updating and sprucing up, but still very nice. Its location is perfect, all activities and attractions are no more than a 20–30-minute drive. The mountain view was beautiful, especially from the upstairs bedroom. And all the bedrooms are masters with their own full bathroom and balcony with a view The management company is excellent. They are quick to respond and correct any issue. We had a small issue with the bathtubs, and they came out immediately to repair it. Also, they were very communicative and if they did not pick up when your first called, they would call you back ASAP. Which I loved. We would definitely stay at this place again. Matt and April were great. Thank you both.

Best experience!!

We had to move cabins due to an issue outside of our/owners control, but not only were both cabins clean with amazing views, the customer service was outstanding!! Matt was SO fast to respond and very nice to communicate with, he answered all our questions and provided us with everything we needed. Our cabin was perfect and had THE best views. The hot tub was clean, hot and fit all 5 of us, and was great after a day hiking the national park. The cabin had plenty of room to eat and play board games. It was also super close to both Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Next time I return to Tennessee I’ll be renting from Matt and April again!

We had several problems upon arriving.

Master bathroom toilet broke first day, breaker box kept tripping the fuse to the main bathroom therefore nothing in the main bedroom would work. Cabin was overall dirty, had trouble getting the dishwasher to start, TV in main bedroom wouldn't connect so we could watch Netflix, lights in hot tub didn't work, jets in the main bathroom tub didn't work. It was a number of things that inconvenienced our trip

This is a great cabin and beautiful view of the mountains. Bedroom and bathrooms are spacious. We utilized the kitchen everyday for meals. The 3 floors is also nice so each family could have their own space. Great location to attractions.

See Forever makes you want to stay Forever.

This cabin was exactly as described, very clean, plenty of towels and linens, the view was amazing. All three decks had a perfect view of the mountains. Plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with enough silverware, plates, bowls and cooking items. The kids enjoyed having their own space downstairs with a pull out couch, chair, TV and pool table, the pool table was definitely not level but the kids didn't mind all that much. We ended up seeing a bear one morning checking out the garbage bins, but he just sniffed around and went on his way. Definitely a highlight for all of us. The road up to the cabin are decent to drive on, a little tricky if you come in at night for the first time, but that's pretty normal for mountain cabins. Close to town, gas station and grocery store only 10 minutes, Gatlinburg is less than 20 minutes, less than 10 minutes to the Arts and Crafts area. We will definitely try and stay in this cabin again on 1 of our next trips. The only issue was the dryer, it left black marks on some of the clothes (I think they were getting caught in the drum as there was a small space there) not the worst thing, just had to bring home dirty laundry. Over all we all loved this cabin and didn't want to leave.

Love this cabin

We loved this place. It's up in the mountains and beautiful views from all 3 levels. We mostly loved that each level had its own complete bathroom. That made getting ready so much faster and easier as we were always on the go to see as much as we could while we were there! We would definitely stay here again!

Clean but needs some TLC

The property location was nice and quiet. I’m EXTREMELY furious about the dryer that makes a terrible sound and left grease marks on our clothing. We probably have about $500 in damaged clothing…. Some that can’t be replaced that belong to my son (baseball jerseys). Also, there needs to be a step put in at porch and another stepping up into cabin. Someone with bad knees would struggle! Also, I shouldn’t have had to rob a bulb from one light to replace in another area to have enough lighting. Cleaner should realize and mention bulbs and noisey dryer. Also, pool table is awful! Needs to be adjusted to be able to really play without balls rolling to center! Pots and pans are in need of replacing as well. Utensils for cooking were VERY limited and what was there was not great! We had to clean shower head in bathroom on entry level in order to get good water pressure. Something else that cleaner should realize. Also, stove did not have a bulb, so I had no lighting! I would not recommend this place to family or friends.

Great Place!

My wife and I stayed with our two kids and their families and we had a fantastic time. Everything is as pictured. The view was simply amazing. We spent a lot of time just hanging out on the main deck. There are three of them off each floor!The hot tub was a big hit. Directions to work it were inaccurate, but we called and they talked us through it very quickly. Our three families could spread out on each floor and worked out well especially for privacy and when the grandkids had to go to sleep. Cabin was very clean and had nice furniture. We cooked in and had everything we needed and used both grills. My kids are excited to go back. Also cabin is very secluded and quiet. And again the view, any time of day or night was spectacular. Highly recommend!

Breathtaking view
