Bear Tracts is providing free admissions to some of the most popular attractions the area has to offer. Details below.

This lodge was rebuilt after the 2016 wildfires and sleeps sixteen people. It is perfectly located within 5 minutes of downtown Gatlinburg and offers spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains from its three oversized decks.

Enjoy five bedrooms, each of which has its own full bathroom. 4 king suites! Two on the top floor, one on the main floor, and one on the lower level. All with a luxurious self cleaning Jacuzzi tub . After a day of hiking, biking, or skiing, a long, lazy soak will feel like heaven! The fifth bedroom has a 2 queen over queen bunk beds which is perfect for the kids or a family shared room. All the bedrooms come with a 50in HTDV and premium cable.

The Main floor family room leaves nothing to be desired. Large windows and doors opening onto the deck let in plenty of sunshine. In winter the corner fireplace makes the room even more delightful. There’s plenty of room to sprawl out on the leather couches to watch a movie on the 50” HDTV, or you can curl up in the armchair with your tablet and take advantage of the free WiFi.

The dining area seats sixteen people. The table easily accommodates twelve, in comfortable chairs. Another six people can sidle up to the adjacent breakfast bar; the kids will especially love eating there “on their own” while the grown-ups dine at the table. The breakfast bar doubles as additional kitchen counter and storage space. The kitchen itself is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, a full accouterment of cookware, and plenty of tableware. In addition you can find an outdoor grill to fire up your favorite meats and veggies.

Upstairs, between the top floor’s two bedrooms, is a spacious game room. Challenge one another to a round of pool, play cards or a board game at the pub table, or you can play one of the arcade’s twenty games. Or you can stretch out on the leather couch to watch TV or indulge in a well-deserved nap.

The lower level has an attraction of its own: a media room with a large flat-screen TV and an especially sumptuous leather couch. So comfortable is the seating, you may want to kick back in there even when you’re not watching a movie or the big game. The media room also has a wet bar complete with mini fridge and popcorn maker. If you run out of snacks during your double feature, you won’t have to head upstairs to the kitchen.

Spanning the width of Damron’s Dream, the three decks are furnished with numerous rockers so that everyone can enjoy the sight of falcons soaring over the Smoky Mountains, the singing of wrens and warblers, and the crisp breeze. The lower deck has an especially wonderful spot for soaking up the surrounding beauty in a roomy hot tub.

Location: Walking distance to the Alamo Steakhouse, Little Pancake House, and Mad Dog's Creamery. 1.3 miles to downtown Gatlinburg, 6.5 miles to Pigeon Forge, and 2.6 miles to the Smoky Mountain National Park.

Towels and linens are provided. Stack-able washer and dryer on site.

Great Time!
A bunch of family members stayed here for Jeep Invasion. We had a great time! We were able to spread out to have our own space but come together to hang out also. Loved the area! There is a big bear in the area so be careful definitely not scared of people (did get into our Jeeps on 2 of the nights) lucky nothing got tore up.

Nice property
The locaton was close to a couple of restaurants and an ice cream shop. The property is very close to other homes, practically on top of each other. The house is nice, but could have used a good cleaning. Cob webs in some of the bedrooms and floors were less than clean. The rooms are spacious and look like the photos. The split rail fence outside is in desperate need of repaus for safety reasons. Overall, the property is very nice and I would recommend staying there, just needs a little tlc here and there.

Great family vacation!
This was the perfect place for our family! We were spoiled with unseasonably higher temps than average and enjoyed the quiet and beautiful views from the decks! I was happy with how clean it was when we arrived. We had a family of four on the top floor using the two bedrooms with king beds. A couple on the main floor in the bedroom with a king bed. And our family of seven on the bottom floor with two bedrooms, one with a king and the other with two queen over queen bunk beds. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a nice perk. The kids loved the pool table, arcade game and hot tub! The location was super convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. Thank you for the free tickets through Xplorie, which we used for the Rocky Top Coaster and Wonderworks! The kitchen was well stocked with place settings and silverware. Lots of pots but the pans had seen better days (our trouble was probably user error in trying to make our grilled cheese sandwiches on an electric stovetop vs gas though ;) Instructions were clear about check in and check out and covered any questions I had. I never had to reach out to Bear Tracts. Thank you for making our vacation great!

Gatlinburg Fall Getaway.
An outstanding property located in a convenient location. The cabin was spacious and clean. There's not much that you need to bring other than your food. Every kitchen gadget is on property. I would recommend bringing a blanket and pillow if a guest is sleeping on the sofa sleeper. Use caution when walking outside of the cabin, we had two bear sightings just feet away from the main door. We didn't bother it and it didn't bother use LOL. Would I rent the property again, heck yeah.

Perfect for the family
This property exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our multi-generational family (2 grandparents, 4 adults, 4 kids). Very spacious, every room has a nice bathroom and 4 of the 5 rooms have a beautiful soaking/water jet tub. The bunk beds were great for our kids, big and comfy. The balconies are wonderful for enjoying the scenery, every one has rocking chairs and places to sit and relax. Plenty of spaces to enjoy with family. Comfortable couches and huge dining table. Great kitchen with everything needed. It was spotless and well maintained. Management was easy to reach and responded quickly.

Everything in this cabin was just as described. It was spacious, close to town, and very spread out. All of the TVs had ROKU sticks and Cable so no need to bring you own. Our family would definitely stay again. One word of advice.. bring extra towels, as there weren't many extras. All and all a wonderful stay!

Amazing House - Dirty and Bugs - Dec 22'
Home is amazing. There were German roaches in the kitchen cabinets. Live and many dead. We killed a few before leaving a few hours after check in. Floors were so dirty that guests socks were soiled hours after we checked in. Entertainment system didn't work down stairs. House could not have been properly cleaned. See Bear Tracts Vacation Cabins - google reviews. This company manages the property. We were downgraded to the Holly Beary cabin. This was beside a messy construction trailer. Photo also linked to google review. Appreciated the relocation. However, it would not have been necessary if the house had been properly cleaned. The roaches would have been identified as an infestation and hopefully not rented. We allegedly are to be credited a small differential. Not yet seen. Overall we didn't feel like we received what we paid for considering the huge difference in the properties, having to relocate and the location difference. Multiple families were upset about this! Vrbo couldn't offer much support.

Beautiful, Comfortable, Family Friendly Home
The house was perfect for our family of 11 - us, our grown children, spouses and the grand kids. Walking into the house is an open concept room which has a kitchen, living room and dining table. It was very comfortable and the dining table sat all of us (huge bonus). We spent lots of time on the porch off of the main floor in the rocking chairs, swinging bench and sitting around the picnic table. In the night it was beautiful watching the stars. The house was clean and was exactly what we were expecting from the listing. I appreciated the detail given from the hosts in the app and that they were available via text. Overall, great experience. Also, if you need a ride from the airport utilize Hope Nash Dash (which they have a link for in the app). She was fantastic!

Cabin is modern and convenient to Gatlinburg
We recommend this three story cabin rebuilt after the fires. It fit our family of 10 perfectly putting the parents with their 4 younger kids upstairs, my 82 year old father on the main floor and the rest of us downstairs. The 3 balconies on each level were easily accessible and enjoyable for yoga, meals and lounging, even in the rain. The kids enjoyed the theatre set up downstairs and the pool table. While the photos don’t show how close the house is to the cluster of similarly built houses, the nearby neighbors never bothered us, we had a good view of the mountain range and could get to Gatlinburg or the national park for hiking in 10+ minutes by trolley or car by being so close to the main road. We probably made more trips to Gatlinburg and hiked more due to the easy access. There is a Blink level 2 EV charging station at the rafting shop right at the main road and at the BBQ restaurant at the Gondola. The Alamo restaurant, donut shop and the pancake house at the main road all are worth trying. The wine shop and grocery store are an easy 5 min drive. We did see bears.
