The hotel was very convenient. You could easily walk to the main strip or pick up the local free trolley right outside the hotel! The only thing I wish they provided was a dinner option.

This hotel was very convenient to downtown. It's within walking distance and of course the trolley also stops right in front of property. We loved our suite with a view of the creek. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We appreciated the free breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

We enhoyed our stay. The beds where very comfortable, wish the pillows wouldve been bigger and im allergic to down pillows. Other than that everything was exactly as they offered and didnt disappoint. I would definitely stay again. The night shift front desk lady was helpful but sidnt seem to like her job. Maybe find friendlier outgoing faces, and more approachable attitides

We enjoyed this hotel room, but it lacked lighting. There were only lamps in the bedroom area. The pillows were standard sized, but we slept in a king bed. The breakfast was mediocre. Eggs, sausage, pastries. It’s about .5 miles from downtown. It’s an uphill walk back.

This is our 2nd time visiting Gatlinburg. This was a much better stay than our previous visit at a different hotel. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Pool was clean. The room was very nice and clean. Family friendly. Highly recommend.

The Inn was very clean with friendly staff. I feel that there were several families staying in only one room. Pets on same floor were barking loudly. A family was monopolizing the guest bathroom just down from check in desk. There were two ladies/girls using small handwashing counter to put on makeup and both had flat irons plugged in on both sides of the counter at the sink. Also 4 children were in there with them that’s a total of 6 in the small bathroom. I had to have them move from the sink to wash my hands after toileting!

Overall, property is a 10 minute walk from the strip if you don’t have any disabilities. It was quiet, staff was nice. Typical hotel breakfast which beats trying to go out and find breakfast. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available all day also. Trolley picks up right out front.I would stay again.
