Check in is at 4. We got there mid-afternoon and the person on the desk was pretty blunt and said check in is at 4, you’ll have to come back. Most places will be a little more diplomatic. He did give us our parking pass early which was appreciated.

The pool was unexpectedly closed. Bathroom sink was slow to drain and the shower head was not the best. No pressure at all. Other than that it was great!! Breakfast was great also!!

The property was clean and bright. We booked it for the kids water park but it was closed for repairs which wasn’t indicated on either the hotels website or Expedia. Even though I booked the hotel through Expedia the hotel also collected payment so I am awaiting a refund.

Disappointed in the basic expectations & stay

It was really unfortunate we picked this hotel mainly for the indoor pool/waterpark and walking distance to most attractions. Come to find out it was out due to maintenance. I understand it was mid January and at some point it would need maintenance but we didn’t know until we checked in and saw the sign at the desk. We booked it strictly because we had a toddler and it was one of the few fun activities we could have done inside. Also one of the 3 days we stayed we didn’t have water. We went to brush our teeth and found this out the hard way. Which then obviously we weren’t able to shower either. We called to inquire and the response was we’re working on it. The shower when it was working was freezing the day before and the day after it was fixed. We’re pretty understanding and Thankfully our experiences in gatlinburg made up for the hotel experience; But we don’t plan on returning to this hotel.

We had a horrible experience. There was no hot water on our first day. We asked for maintenance to come look at it. They told us it was fixed when we came back to our room. The next day we went to shower and the water was turned off to the hotel. We called the front desk and they told us they had posted a sign. We found said sign laying down taped to the front desk. Then our third day we found out our water was still cold. We will not be back

I didn’t like the fact that I paid so much money for one night stay because of the water park an the heated pool an no one informed me before I seen it on a hand written paper at the front desk at check in that they were out of order

Kinda stinks that we booked this place solely for the water park and the website didn't state that it wasn't running (I checked the actual web site before booking). The cleaning people only halfway did their job in our room. Breakfast was fine if you're not picky. It is in a convenient location to walk to the strip and a trolly stops right outside the hotel. I upped my review to 4 stars because they did end up refunding the entire amount due to the water park issue.
