The room is large. My hus like the bed most which is more supportive than most other hotels we hv stayed. Everything is walkable fm the hotel. We arrived a bit late the first night. The front desk girl is nice.

Stayed 3 days Pros- Close to main area for tourists. Close to Anakeesta. The hotel itself is updated in some ways, huge room. Balcony was nice. They have 2 pools and 2 firepits. Comfortable beds. Cons- People being noisy at firepit at night if by them. School next doors chimes and bell early if you want to sleep in.

Place is a dump. Room stunk like sour milk and/or vomit. I could smell it seemingly emanating from the mattress while trying to sleep. Bed was terrible, pillows were lumpy, and everything felt moist. AC unit continually cycled through a series of odd, loud, annoying noises all night long.

Sadly i did not have a good experience bed was dirty full of hair and stains. It was a little chilly and turned on heater and wow had to open the door the smell was horrible. Also had a bear issue and contacted the office many times to ask if we could have a picture or the video of the bear destroying my car for insurance purposes and until this day haven't gotten an answer or even called back. Will not stay here again sorry.

Great reasonable place to stay. Close to everything with a trolly stop in front of the office. Very friendly staff. The fire pits are great also, we have met many other guests sitting around the fire. The hotel is decorated with many bears giving the hotel a homey feeling.

Convenient but that's about it...
This hotel is very close to all the shops at Gatlinburg. So it's convenient. But room service and customer service were the worst I've ever experienced in 45 years of traveling.
