My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate our anniversary. This cabin was the perfect size. We enjoyed the hot tub and even saw a baby bear the first night of our stay. My only complaint would be about the tub inside. We found some hair in it. And when we turned on the jets, there was a smell. Everything else, it was a really nice stay. Thank you for having us.

The property was in great condition. We had everything we needed for our stay and we were comfortable. The initial finding of the cabin was easy just by following the direction sent to us (If you use Waze it will take you closer to the cabin before you need to start using the directions). We would recommended this to anyone who wants to get away from the people and the noise.

Great property! If you don’t like stairs between you and the bathroom wouldn’t recommend.
We absolutely loved this cabin. My husbands only complaint was that he had to go up and down the stairs in the middle of the night for the bathroom. I have no complaints. Just exactly what we expected. Was wonderful!

Very nice cabin! Pretty quiet. Roads narrow. Had to remove knobs on doors under sink to get the oven door open, no big deal. Overall a great place to stay in the mountains! Definitely would go back.

Overall, no major complaints as other reviews and experiences accurately describe the property. However future renters could benefit if multiple minor accommodation issues are addressed. Cleaning the black mold off the bathroom walls & ceiling (I was able to write “clean me” in the shower) door security latch screws pulled out of metal door, only 1 regular size spoon, detailed dusting is needed, and the hot tub chlorine level was so high it bleached/faded my wife’s suit after 1 use. We paid a heady cleaning fee given the condition of the cabin.

Stairs after dark were unsafe. I did take small battery candles which helped Tub upstairs had no handrails-so could not use it Oven door was blocked by cabinet knob. Could not open it to safely get food out of hot oven. Shower head still needs help.

Very nice and perfectly secluded cabin. Nice and quiet in the mornings while enjoying coffee on the balcony. Plenty of privacy to relax. The amenities were great, and the cabin was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a nice time. The cabin was the perfect size for us. It was very private and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The bedroom is a loft and no bathroom upstairs just a bed and a tub . Be on the kooky for bears!! One came up on the porch. Must try three Jimmys restaurant right down the road !!! Overall it was a great stay and the owner is super nice . Would recommend

Pretty cabin in the quiet woods
Great cabin for 2-4 people. Clean and well maintained. Hot tub and deck are really great. Recommend a 4x4 car to get up the steep hills to the property.
