Floors had not been adequately cleaned forever. You only had housekeeping service, if you requested it, and if you needed towels and washcloths, you had to take your dirty ones down to the desk to get more.

Property was clean and we saw a bear twice during our visit! Located right near the trolley stop for easy access to downtown without having to deal with parking fees, or was close enough to easily walk also.

Great stay
What a lovely hidden gem. All the rooms had balconies that overlook the creek so you dont have to worry about that. Check in wqs seamless and friendly. And let me just say those beds were the most comfortable beds ive ever slept in at home or in a hotel. Alittle sad i didn't spot a bear but thats not their fault

Property was somewhat rundown. Sink wouldn’t drain well. Small fridge was noisy. Pillows too small. Deck and stream were nice. Close enough to walk to downtown. Next door to a nice Thai restaurant

Great place
The balcony was so cute and view of the creek was lovely. The fridge worked well and the clean towels were nice. The tiles in the entry way were a little scuffed up but the staff was great! We'll definitely be back. It's right in Gatlinburg so very walkable to sites and downtown.

This little hidden gem is my favorite place to stay in Gatlinburg. The creek behind the property is soothing and this time of year the bear activity is abundant. Such a perfect place to get away, and the Parkway shopping is only a ten minute walk. Best of both worlds.

The door would not lock all the way so I felt unsafe. The ironing board legs were broken. The TV had lines going across the screen so you could not view it properly. The comforter was ripped and torn and they charged unexpected fees
