The location is perfect but that’s it. My room had the softest squishiest bed I’ve ever attempted to sleep on. It was so uncomfortable for me and I like soft beds. I think the beds have a thick mattress topper and that’s the problem, there’s no support. The room was too hot and the aircon was useless and very loud. The choices were either too hot to sleep or too loud to sleep and slightly cooler. I arrived at Gatwick airport for an early flight the next day having had less sleep than if I’d stayed at home and left earlier. I would never stay here again, even it was free.

First class hotel to stopover for night before a flight out. Club on 8th floor has great views of runway and lovely snacks and drinks in comfortable setting or bars and restaurants downstairs are all great. If you need any snacks or other supplies it’s only a 3 min walk (covered) to Gatwick terminal with all key shops in arrivals area.

A short but sweet stay!
One of the comfiest hotel beds I've ever slept in!! From the moment I arrived everyone was so helpful and welcoming- the wonderful doorman even carried my suitcase up to the front desk (I think his name was Steve or Steven?! Sorry I only saw your name tag quickly!) My stay was very short as I had to check out at 3am for my flight but I will definitely be back when I next fly from Gatwick.
