Perfect place to stay after a long haul flight
Being an older couple just off a long flight from Australia it would have helped us to be offered help with our bags. Bed was just heavenly 👏👏👏 The lighting - only enough good lighting for one to read the newspaper at the table and poor lighting for shaving in the bathroom. Also just a point -the body lotion container in the otherwise beautifully appointed bathroom was empty.

4*star hotel but no OAT milk available anywhere in the hotel and no biscuits in the room with coffee & tea making facilities. No full length mirror although nspace on the wall available. The bed linen was so soft and the bed very comfortable however the free monorail train service that shuttles between the two terminals every 2 or 3 minutes kept us awake most of the night. Disappointed and over priced for 4* hotel.

We always stay here when we are going away and flying from Gatwick. The hotel is right next to check in. The rooms are large and very clean. The staff are wonderful. Highly recommended
