Beautiful view of Seneca Lake BUT: 1. 2 elevators & one didn’t work. The working one was very slow! 2. We’re way beyond Covid days & still only service the room every 3rd day?! Another man requested his to be cleaned daily and the lady at the front desk was giving him a hard time. The rates didn’t drop during/after Covid so why do some hotels still do this? 3. I was behind the man requesting his room be serviced daily & requested that our sheets be changed to something that fit the king size mattress. I woke up day 2 to laying on the bare mattress! Totally gross! I even wrote a note for housekeeping (with a tip) to please change the sheets to something that fits… they took the tip & left the sheets. I think they were either queen size or so old that the elastic was gone. 4. The wash cloth was stained & towel had hair in it! 5. The employees that worked at the adjoining restaurant were always outside smoking (cigs & weed). Real professional & appetizing. Shame this property couldn’t do better cause the location was great.

One of two elevators was not working the entire length of our stay, five nights. Upon our arrival rooms for many of the visitors were not ready. Check-in was supposed to be at 4 PM. We didn't get our room until after 5 PM. We sat in the lobby waiting to get our room. At 1:30 AM on the last night of our stay we were awakened by an alarm that was explained away as a glitch in their system, thankfully there was no fire.

The beautiful lake views; room cleanliness and decor; location close to restaurants, etc. Suggestion: It would have been nice to have the bed made (not changed) and the trash emptied during our 2-night stay.

Great property on, overlooking Seneca Lake. Great room on 5th floor overlooking the water. Very nice that the windows opened so we could get fresh air and also listen to the soft waves, noises of the lake, birds, etc. Clean, comfortable bed, etc. Only odd thing was that there was no mini frig in the room. We had items from traveling that we were hoping to keep refrigerated. Strange that there was no refrig. Had a good breakfast at the hotel restaurant, very nice woman who served us.

This hotel has a great location. The hotel feels tired and more like a 2 star. Furniture is scraped up. Refrigerator running loudly. Not enough towels. Body wash empty. Old coffee in lobby. Failure to refill k cups used. Dirty tissues noted under the bed. No smart tv so no streaming.

We booked a lakefront room and paid the up charge but they said non were available. First room had dirty sheets and smelled like throw up. They eventually gave us. Different room with a view of the parking lot. Bartender Abbie was excellent.

Beautiful views on lake side. Should have screens in the windows. There was a leak in our room. We never did find out why. Elevators were not working and we were on 5th floor. No breakfast provided on the Friday.
