There wasn’t much dining options within the hotel itself, but if you walked or drove to other properties the options were great especially across the street. They have a note that they will do housekeeping daily, but they don’t. Had to call for fresh towels and then our last night they came and asked if we wanted service.

Not what expected!!

Upon arrival we were given a room that was so stale smelling from smoke , that we could hardly breath. So we went back to the desk and asked for a “ non-smoking “ room. The next room was nice, but the a/c did not work. Maintenance was notified , but never showed up. Luckily it was in the 50’s at night, so we opened the window. The parking garage was not lite very well , and ice machine on our floor was out of order, as well as very rusted. It didn’t look like it was in working order for quite some time. We were there for 3 days and 2 nights, and we had no room service , nor did we even see any cleaning staff or their carts in the hallways. The desk staff was great to work with , but that is as far as it got. Not sure where the pics or the the info on the Horseshoe website came from !! But we were disappointed at best, with our experience.

Limited places to eat and cafe didn't open till 11 am. Desk staff seems shorthanded and not very friendly or helpful like they are annoyed at people checking into their hotel…gee sorry to bother y’all, maybe next time I’ll stay across the street.
