one of my "go-to" hotels in the area when attending Gettysburg College athletic events because it has an in house restaurant/ bar. Bed too soft for my bad back but will admit that's a common complaint for me. Check in staff are always pleasant and helpful.

Nice hotel but has branches of rooms a long way from elevators - not good for seniors. Refrigerator small and froze our contents. Coffee in room with a machine ( never very good) and in common area you had to pay! TV in room was very small for room size. Shower was great… but one tiny shelf for your stuff. Had to just leave room key at front desk as only person there was on the phone and never looked up! After 3 of us were waiting in line for 10 minutes, I finally just left. Gym is great… clean and nice machines.

This hotel is located in a development that failed as a tourist area. The location looks disserted. There are empty buildings in the area that seemed abandoned. The parking was odd that you had to park on the side of the building away from the main entrance. The restaurant was unable to provide dinner at 5:00 p.m. because the chef did not show up. Breakfast was not included in the overnight stay.

It is not for handicapped people. The handicap rooms are at the end of the hall far from the elevators. The door by the handicapped parking would not open, had to go to another door and it had steps. Everything is far away you have to do a lot of walking to get to the restaurant or elevators.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Restaurant was amazing. Chelsea at the bar was very friendly and attentive to everyone that came in. Had great conversations with her and the food was very good.
