Overall the property appeared nice and the rooms appeared clean. The pool area was closed, which was a disappointment. The staff on check-in were friendly, but other staff the next morning barely acknowledged guests. The problem was after we left, as it appears there were bed bugs based on the bites that appeared on our arms and neck.

All 1st floor rooms occupied even though we had made reservation 2 months ago. No elevator for 2nd floor rooms. Breakfast was good & started at 7am. They ran out of fresh cooked eggs by 8:15am. Small, very crowded breakfast room. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Was okay for single night,

Breakfast items had No butter and no syrup but they had waffle mixture. The warm food like gravy, eggs and sausage was ice cold. Cleaning staff refused to clean room because we were only there 2 days but brought us towels and bed sheets to do it ourselves. Unable to control temperature and it was ice cold in the room. The afternoon front desk gentleman was the only nice worker we met.

Very close to Devils Tower. Only took us about 10 -15 minutes to get there which was helpful to beat the crowds.
