Stayed here for 1 night during a road trip from California to Ft Collins. Stayed in a pet-friendly room ($25 extra fee) which we were expecting to have the smell of prior animals, but were pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. No charge for parking, quick and easy check-in close to restaurants and fast food options, close to freeway, quiet, and clean. Would stay here again on the next road trip.

We were moved to a different room because the first room was not cleaned well. The front desk clerk was helpful. There were stains and makeup on the pillow cases and comforter. There was hair in the bathtub. It is time to replace the mattresses. The AC was not cooling, the room temperature was 8 degrees higher than the set temperature. The room we moved to was much better. The breakfast was good and the attendant was helpfull.

We had a nice stay. There was only one thing that interfered with our stay and that was rhe bathtub. The rust around the drain from hard water is one thing, but the bottom of the tub was black looking so nether of us felt it was clean and did not use the tub.

I received an email asking if there was anything they could do to make my stay better (standard issue from Wyndham). I replied with a request as my husband is disabled. When we got to the hotel she claimed that she didn't receive that request, as she made no eye contact with me. Then she gave us a room for 2 nights that I am wondering if it was in a different county. There were dirty/sticky spots in front of the elevator that were there when we checked in and still there when we checked out 2 days later. There is a patio off of the dining room that is shaded in the afternoon. It was SOOOOOOO gross. Sticky tables. Hundreds of cigarette butts everywhere. Based on the overall unclenliness we chose to not eat breakfast there even though it was included. The desk clerks are sour, irritable and unhelpful. I stood atthe desk for a long time with 2 clerks at the counter. One was helping someone. The other just stood there an typed the whole time, until i finally left.

Bed was uncomfortable needing replaced and also had an odor. Toilet wasn’t bolted down to the floor and rocked sideways. Outside the window in the room was a dirt lot with large semi trucks parked in it. Nighttime staff at check in was unfriendly.

We really enjoyed our stay the room was clean it was big we got the sweet with two beds and a room that had a couch I wasn't expecting a whole separate room I just thought the couch would be in the same room so it was nice to have two rooms and some privacy the only thing disappointing was there was no biscuits and gravy
