I had booked through Expedia, and paid for the room in full. When we arrived at the hotel to check-in, the clerk at the front desk originally told me that I had not paid for the room, I had to tell him to verify that as I had a receipt indicating payment in full and a card on file for incidentals. Be sure to have your receipt available when booking through a third party to not get charged twice. I think that it most likely was due to a training issue or a blip in the system. No other issues with our stay.

The hotel rooms were ok, but there were a lot of HUGE spiders outside of the window at night time. The other thing was the breakfast that was provided. There was no food to serve and a lot of people were waiting for food. So un-prepared. Also, the staff was using her hand to take the bread and bagels to the tray. She should use a tong.

Second time staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites Goderich property. We find the location very convenient for visiting tourist sites, while being quiet, clean & comfortable accommodations. Staff has always been welcoming and helpful.
