It would appear that when the new building was done, they ran out of money and decided to use the bathtub and shower from the old hotel. The bathtub was rounded on the bottom which made it difficult to stand under the shower. The shower fixture was loose and appeared to be quite old. The room and bathroom cabinet were 5 Stars, but this brought the stars to 1 Star. The tub and shower are probably the most important part of the room as after a long day, that is what you need most.

Sleep Inn in Mount Olive was very clean and safe. Im a young female and was traveling by myself and I felt safe. The front desk and breakfast staff were very nice. The lady at the front desk even helped me jump my rental car. The breakfast was nice and they have coffee and tea available in the lobby all the times. Only complaint was that the entire second floor smelled like weed. Not the hotel’s fault though that a guest was breaking rules and smoking. Thankfully inside my room smelled fine.

Will definitely stay again.
I travel around the states for fun and a variety of house-sits. I stay in a great number of hotels and can say this was surprisingly high standard for a great value! From check in, to suggestions of places still open to eat, to breakfast in the morning, everyone was helpful, pleasant and accommodating.
