A very nice hotel for the money. The rooms are very small and there is no recliner to sit in and watch tv.

It took about 30 minutes to get checked in, because the clerk was new and she did not know what she was doing, she went to get there other lady that was there and then she came out she said that I would have to have a online reservation in order to get the room at the price that was online, I did an online reservation and got checked in, we got to the room and the toilet had all type of mushed up toilet paper in the commode and it was black, we allerted to clerk on duty and she put us in another room, that room had roaches, so we really had to check everything before we leave to make sure we did not take the roaches with us... Breakfast bar was not pleasant... Been here several times before but this was a problem with this time

We had no internet there was no pool area the whole place was under renovation and was still operating.

The bathroom towel holder was broken. There was no toilet paper holder and no toilet paper. The breakfast was awful. Had to ask for eggs and orange juice. The condiments for the bread and bagels came from Walmart and everyone had to share the same containers. All in all, not a good experience.

The staff, especially Hailey at the front desk was AWESOME!!!!! She went out of the way to make our stay good! The hotel itself needs updating, paint gone, broken furniture, air conditioner smelled moldy if you turned it up to much ans the refrigerator did not work at all!
