room very clean, food restaurant good,friendly staff as always, Cons: bed not so comfortable,woke up with back ache, Parents not supervising their children in pool area,this was extremely annoying, walls are thin hear everyone.

Check in easy. Food was fantastic!! I had lobster stuffed ravioli. Only complaint I had was the parking lot was really dark I didn’t feel comfortable walking to the restaurant for dinner.

The second night of our stay we were kept up all night by people partying, slamming doors , running up and the halls, screaming and hollering, inside and outside our window. We have stayed there many times but next time we will find somewhere else to stay

This is a 2 star hotel and it shows when you arrive BUT it’s clean and comfortable. It’s very dated and needs a facelift for sure. We stayed for 2 nights because we were doing Santa’s Village and it was the perfect location for us. We had a late dinner one night and had breakfast brunch as well….the food is good 👌 like really good! The steak, seafood, pasta, all of it. Highly recommend staying here if you are just looking for a basic room to stay in with basic amenities. We didn’t have time for the pool but it did look clean and they provide towels.

It seems that every stay, the conditions in toe rooms are worse and worse. We used to love it tjere. Now, absolutely NONE of the staff ever greet or smile, ever. The rooms are more and more in not so great shape. Thos past visot, we we not able to use the indoor pool because there were tons of people in there with music blasting so loud, partying inside and out of the pool, completly packed into the jacuzzi etc. And no staff to control it so that others could enjoy the amenities that they paid to use...i don't understand what the problem is through the years...We'd love to see things get back to gow they were.

It was fine, clean
The room was very clean, great location with proximity to restaurants and mountains. Pillows were horrible. Shower was just ok. The photos had made it seem nicer, but it was truly fine, just we had expected nicer based on photos.
