Fold out bed was worse than any we have seen. Like sleeping on a rug of springs People screaming in the halls from 10:30 pm on. Called front desk and they sent someone to check. Was quite for awhile then it started up again. People running and banging on all the doors down the hall. It is a college town so we expected noise. But that was crazy!!

Great Hotel overall with a great location.
Let me start off with the overall stay was Good. We did have a few major issues that seemed to get addressed mainly by Krestal at front desk towards the end of our trip. Other than Krestal, we got a lot of apologies but no action. On our last day I asked to speak to the GM to share our issues, in which more of an explanation was given along with a small credit for the inconvenience. We didn't complain to get something in return, as we spent well over $1000+ on just food and drinks during our week long stay, we just needed them to know the housekeeping is vital and we had issues all week. With small children in our party with long days out and about, the last thing you could ever want on a week away from home is no toiletries, toilet paper, tissues, coffee, made beds, towels, etc. We will return, just wanted to share this experience as our trip would have been great if we didn't have to beg for items that should be done/given daily. Also, make sure you take towels to the hot tub. They never seemed to have towels for guests. Many customers called including us to get towels and had to wait for awhile before they were brought.

Hotel felt clean, safe, and well kept. All staff we encountered (front desk, cleaning staff, and restaurant staff) were all friendly and professional. Not too many shops/restaurants to walk to but they were nearby and a short drive. Lots of free parking onsite. We would definifely stay again if we were in the area. Also, loved the free warm cookies from the front desk!
