From check in to check out the worst place we stayed in the Southwest United States. Two week road trip CA,NV,UT, and AZ. Only stayed one night here and we had too many negative experiences to even list. It was my Birthday so my finance insisted on getting me room service. Ordered two drinks and after a hour wait I called and got the worst attitude. Was told “ you can come down and order them at the sports bar and bring them up too your room” after already paying for the room service! Then we ordered food to request no green chilles which are in every food option and they gave me a worse attitude claiming the food can only be ordered on the tv. Despite the tv telling you to call. They hung up on me. Check out they apologized profusely and took my number so the manager Keisha can call me. She did a hour after check out and promised me a return for all the room service I was billed and couldn’t enjoy. I didn’t think for one second they would return any money. And of course they did not. No return or making it right in anyway. Just more lies. Please find another place to stay. If one person doesn’t stay here for me sharing my experience then it’s better then a return. The southwest is so beautiful. People are amazing. This place is like the twilight zone. The worst in my whole life .

I’m kinda turned off by the sports bar, they don’t wear hair nets found a hair in my food.after spending money on a room, in the restaurant and in the casino we went back to watch Tv and could only get 3 channels and to get a movie it was 19.99 called down to the front desk and was told a teck would come up and help no one ever showed up.
