Average hotel. Don’t expect to watch tv unless you speak Spanish and you options for eating are limited to about 8 fast food places but otherwise the stay was fine

Ck in was a breeze. I requested a ground floor. Was not disappointed! Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Water pressure great! Furniture could use upgrade. Dated and stained. Con: no place for pet to do their business at all. We had to drive around to find a place. No grassy area.

The sheets were not clean. How you have a 2-story hotel and no elevator is beyond me, but we were originally assigned an upstairs room and expected to have a handicapped guest climb the stairs.

Just an okay stay

The bed was comfortable, room was clean, feont desk was less than helpful, and I'm not sure they can even advertise free breakfast with what options they have. This morning they had 3 green oranges, 2 flavors of light yogurt, 2 cereal options, and make your own waffles. No juice when we got there. After telling them it was empty they brought out 1 orange juice that wasnt mixed well. I asked for other fruit. She ignored my request. Walls and especially ceiling is paper thin. We heard every step all night long. Literally from 12a-6a sounded like a herd of elephants upstairs. Im not sure why we were put directly below someone when there were only 8 cars in the whole parking lot! The hotel was mostly empty my suggestion for management is to encourage their employers to consider things like that when assigning rooms. Pool and hot tub were great! Truly a heated pool so the adults dont freeze while playing with the kids.
