This property seemed to be undergoing a renovation into a large convention center venue. Upon walking into the building there was an odor-couldn't quite distinguish what it was-maybe a musty, old hotel smell? Rooms were not yet updated and the hot tub was not operating but these issues were not reflected in the information about the hotel before booking. I likely would've moved on to another property.

Pet hair in the bed, on top of the bed, and on the pillows. Housekeepers appeared too think it was funny since they were laughing about it in the Hallway and never cleaned the room. I reported the issue to the Front desk receptionist(Audrey)was great she deserves better from her teammates if it wasn't for her I would have demanded a refund on the two rooms I reserved and stayed in. Really wished the previous mediocre reviews we're accurate unfortunately most are, Ramada, this is a review executive management should see your slipping among your competitors take note or continue to lose your costumers.

The smell coming from the hallways and in the rooms were that of an old building with leaky sewage. Carpet was extremely old and torn in the stairway leading to the 2nd floor rooms. I felt dirty just being here. A/C didn't work in the arcade room and you could cut the thickness of the air with a pair of scissors! Gross is an understatement.

I really liked the young lady who greeted us, she was very professional and just a likeable person. The Ramada was close to everything we wanted to do in Grayling. The facilities looked a bit run down, and the continental breakfast lacked luster.

This place is in need of some major repair. It’s old and not very clean. There was garbage in the hallway, the halls were dingy. All in all would not recommend.

Property definitely needs renovation but good thing is that it has indoor swimming pool. Hotel should have good food and varieties for breakfast as well.

The hotel is right off the expressway and a mile from the canoe rental we were there to use. Very convenient and cost effective. The pool area was nice, but the cement around the pool looked like it needed a bit of maintenance and the overall look is a bit dated. It was clean and comfortable though.
