AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. The room was filthy, with stains on the sheets and a broken toilet. The staff was unhelpful and rude, and it took hours to get any kind of response to our complaints. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—definitely not worth the price! I stay at hotels 3-4 nights a week and never write reviews…STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS IT IS DIRTY IN THE ROOMS AND NOT A PLEASANT PLACE TO STAY!

My stay at the Best Western in Greenville was EXCELLENT!!!!! First, Ricky at the front desk was great. If there was anything I needed he was on top of it. For example, I needed extra pillows for my fiance. At other hotels I have to explain why I need extra pillows and its always a hassle. However, Ricky said give me a sec and then he delivered the pillows. This is just one example of the type of service he provided for our stay. Second, the continental breakfast attendant Bobby. He was great, he made sure everything was sanitary and clean. Plus, he provided great conversation. Overall, the service was excellent and I recommend anyone staying in Greenville to book with Best Western.

They front desk was polite and helpful when coming in in the early am hours. I had my service dog. Had a heat issue they quickly moved my room. Breakfast staff was friendly and area was kept clean while people were making their messes. Housekeeping was friendly and very nice. Over all even though we went chasing snow for grands, no snow but we had a enjoyable visit. This hotel was very clean, staff was awesome, would recommend anyone to stay here.

Doesn’t think of customer

The host was arrogant and defiant about my dog being a service dog and having to pay for a former retired police dog. I mean extremely arrogant energy. Didn’t need it. After a 8 hour drive.
