The hotel itself was very nice. The computer system was down when we arrived but the staff working at that time did a good job trying to accommodate guests. The late night staff member was on her phone listening to a loud , inappropriate video when I came Down and asked for extra towels around 11pm. My only suggestion is that she use headphones. I would stay here again. It’s one of the nicest properties in the area.

I was there for 3 days never got service had to go to front desk to get my own towels. We call GM he said the sheet said housekeeping did it never check video or check to see if the housekeeper went in with key card. Didn't offer any solution be told front to kick my Lady if see came back and said anything. Worse stay I've ever had at a supposedly top tier Hotel in Cleveland Ms.

Cotton House hotel

Toilet handle broken, drape draw broken, so I couldn't get the room cool, it faced West. For a "luxury" hotel, I was not impressed.

My wife and I really enjoyed the place. Very near where we had to be for the weekend. Cool looking. Nice atmosphere upstairs/rooftop.

The property itself is good, however, the cleanliness of the room was less than sub-par. The couch contained what appeared as dead skin, and debris was on the let out couch. No sheets were available for the let out couch. The ADA accessible shower was not in the best condition, would not want to stand in the shower floor without shower shoes on.
